LIFE AT TMG
  • Teamwork & Flexibility

We treat everyone with respect. No one wants to be micromanaged, and no one should have the time to micromanage anyone. We are all responsible for our own work, and we are all responsible for helping the team to win. Our employees work where and when it is best for them to accomplish the goals of their role within the team without letting anyone else down. This looks different for everyone, but that's ok, because we are adults.

  • Connection & Appreciation

We compensate everyone fairly, according to market, and all salaries are reviewed annually. We offer a variety of benefits such as generous PTO, Health Reimbursement, Paid holiday shutdowns, 401(k), and more. Besides just the basics, we take time to celebrate one another and our successes regularly with annual appreciation events, quarterly recognitions, volunteer outings, and spontaneous gatherings. We are human, after all.

  • Integrity & Transparency

We set a high standard with our Core Values, and we use them to guide all our decisions. They govern how we treat our employees, and how we allow others to treat us. We adhere to the beliefs that "clear is kind" and "honesty is the best policy." No question is off-limits. We will never have anything to hide. This is how we lead our team, and how we empower them to go out into the world on our behalf.
